Our Journey
Loaf & Lore was born from a love of simple, wholesome ingredients and the magic of storytelling. When my son and brother were diagnosed with food allergies, I began a decade-long quest to master cooking and baking from scratch. What started as a necessity became a passion, as I discovered how sourdough—crafted with care and tradition—offered a nutritious and easily digestible alternative for my family.
My son’s daily ritual of checking the oven for “Yum” after preschool became the spark for my baking adventures. Over time, I combined this love for baking with my fondness for storytelling, creating products that not only nourish but spark joy and imagination.
